Plans for housing at Springfield Gardens on Alder Road have been revised. The application, reference 26F/2276, includes up to 59 apartments, 31 houses and eight specialist supported housing apartments.
The revised scheme keeps the overall total at 98 homes. The 59 apartments previously intended for retirement living are now proposed as rent-to-buy homes, according to the published planning report.
